The board of the Bpf Koopvaardij pension fund decided on 20 July 2022 to grant an extra supplement to the built-up pensions and the pension benefits that have already commenced. As of 1 January 2023, Bpf Koopvaardij will increase the pension by 0.84%.
Are you applying for a pension? You can do so digitally!
From now on, your employees can apply for their pension entirely digitally in the revamped pension planner in My Koopvaardij. If you just want to check out the options, make calculations, but not yet apply, that's also possible, of course!
Every month, you enter the wage details of your employees via the Koopvaardij Portal. You also manage other employee data in the Koopvaardij Portal. Entering this data correctly and keeping them up to date is important. This ensures that your employees will eventually receive the right pension.
''In Dutch, you can get by on a single word. If both of you are not speaking your mother tongue, it is sometimes difficult. And with a small vocabulary, it often comes across so direct. Chatting is also more difficult. You cannot translate a joke. But I think: whoever you work with, you have to create a pleasant atmosphere yourself.'' Read the entire story and more in Op Koers magazine.
We would very much like to inform the right people in your company about the pension scheme and the payroll administration. Please let us know who we should contact. You can do so in the Koopvaardij Portal. Log in with eHerkenning. If your contact person changes, you can also let us know in the Portal.
Wanted: seafarers sought for interview on navigating
The next Op Koers magazine will feature an article on navigating. How was it done in the past? What did student seafarers learn during their training? How are things done now? And is that better? How will it be in 10 years’ time? The editors are looking for a pensioner and a young seafarer (officer or captain) who are willing to explain this in the magazine. Register by sending an e-mail with your phone number to servicedesk@koopvaardij.nl.
We regret that we misspelled the name of one of the interviewees in Op Koers magazine. On the cover, we mentioned the name Paul Hoogendoorn. However, this should have been Paul Hagendoorn. We apologise for any inconvenience or lack of clarity.
