Results of the customer satisfaction survey: how satisfied are you?

Your opinion counts. Your feedback allows us to know what is going well and what we can do even better. In 2024, nearly 3,500 members completed the questionnaire for our customer satisfaction survey. The survey included additional questions about the new pension rules. This is important because we want to inform you as effectively as possible about the transition to your new pension. This newsletter will give you the main results of the survey.

You give Bpf Koopvaardij an average score of 8.2
Members gave us a score of 8 in 2024. Pensioners even gave a score of 8.4. Ex-members in 2024 could also complete the survey for the first time. They gave the pension fund a score of 7.9, resulting in an average score of 8.2. That is slightly higher than the 8 you gave us in the previous survey in 2021.

You have confidence in Bpf Koopvaardij
To the question: 'Can you indicate with a score how much confidence you have in the way Bpf Koopvaardij has arranged your pension?' you gave an average score of 8.2. In 2021, this was 7.6.

Confidence comes mainly because you believe the fund is stable and pays out on time. In addition, you appreciate the contact with us. You feel you receive good information from us, both personally and generally.

There are concerns about the future
You gave a lot of positive feedback. But some of you also expressed concern about the future of your pension. Especially with the introduction of the new pension rules. Pensioners on average do feel more confident about this than those who have not yet retired.

Employers are satisfied with us
Employers give us an average score of 7.3. They score communication with a 7.7. Most employers say they are reasonably aware of the new pension rules. But they too would like more information and guidance on the way forward.
