How satisfied are you?

Every 3 years, we investigate how satisfied you are with how we communicate with you. What is going well and what can still be improved? We will be investigating this again in the period ahead. So you can expect an invitation for this survey soon.

This year there are additional questions in the survey relating to the new pension rules. This is important because we want to inform you as well as possible about the new pension scheme.

Over the next 2 years, we will ask you about it at regular intervals, as we want to make the transition to the new pension rules as clear as possible. By participating in our survey, you help us to improve our communication.
