• the improved financial situation of the pension fund in 2021, which has allowed us to slightly increase pensions as of 1 January 2022;
• a total return of 8.8% on our investments in 2021;
• the decrease in the number of members, former members, and pensioners;
• the increased costs for pension administration and the decreased costs for asset management.
