No invoice in the invoice notification attachment

Due to the switch to the renewed Koopvaardij Portal, invoicing is different from what you are used to. For example, it is unfortunately not possible at present to include your invoice in the invoice notification attachment. This is a top priority of ours and we aim to have it sorted out before the next month. The invoice itself can be found temporarily on the Documents page in the Koopvaardij Portal.

Your invoice specification looks different
On the November 2023 invoice statement, you will see several lines per employee. The last line is the monthly contribution for November 2023. The remaining lines are entries and deductions of the monthly contribution credited and the monthly contribution imposed. These will cancel each other out if you have not made any more changes over 2023.

Possible deviating amounts on your invoice
There may be deviating amounts on your invoice. Please accept our apologies for this. This is also a top priority of ours and we aim to have it sorted out and settled before the next month.
