One-time payment of your net prepension

Did you accrue net prepension with Bedrijfspensioenfonds voor de Koopvaardij? And is your net prepension lower than the commutation limit of €592.51 gross per year? Then we are able to offer you the option of receiving this amount in 1 lump sum. We are permitted to pay out all pensions below this amount in 1 lump sum. This is laid down by law.

You will receive a letter or email from us with an explanation of what you need to do to receive this one-time payment of your net prepension. If you wish to opt for this one-time benefit payment, you will no longer be entitled to further benefit payments from us under the net prepension scheme.

If you decide not to opt for a lump sum payment
If you do not wish to receive your net prepension capital in 1 lump sum, we will try to transfer your net prepension capital to an insurer. Obviously, we will keep you informed on this matter.
